Questions
Which way is cheapest?
The OTC desk for large amounts, then the counter. The ATMs cost more because they run all night in rented spots.
Do I need an account?
No account and no app. We check your ID once at the counter, and the ATMs ask for a phone number above small amounts.
Can I sell crypto for cash?
Yes, at the counter during opening hours and at the four ATMs marked Sell.
Is it legal?
Yes. We are registered as a virtual asset service provider and follow the anti-money-laundering rules, which is why we ask for ID.
