Your coins, your keys, our checks
We never hold your coins, we check who we trade with as the law asks, and we tell you plainly how scams work so you can spot one before it costs you.
How we keep you safe
Your coins stay yours
Every coin you buy goes straight to a wallet you control. We hold no customer accounts, so there is nothing of yours for anyone to hack here.

Cash is counted twice and collected by a licensed security company. Your details are kept encrypted, for as long as the law asks and no longer.

Stop if you hear this
Most people who lose money in crypto are talked into it by someone they never met. If any of these sound familiar, talk to us before you send anything. We will tell you honestly, for free.
Someone else is in a hurry
A caller, a new friend online or an 'adviser' tells you to buy now and send it to their address.
Guaranteed returns
Nobody can promise a profit in crypto. A promise is the clearest sign of a scam.
Pay a fine or a tax in bitcoin
No police, bank or tax office asks for payment at a Bitcoin ATM. Ever.
Share your recovery phrase
No real wallet, exchange or support desk will ever ask for it. Whoever has it owns your coins.
Questions about safety
Why do you need my ID?
The anti-money-laundering law asks every crypto business to know who it trades with above small amounts. We ask once and keep it encrypted.
Can you reverse a transaction?
No one can. Once coins are sent and confirmed, they are gone. That is why we check the address with you before we send.
Someone asked me to buy crypto at your ATM. Is it safe?
Call the desk first. If someone you don't know well is telling you to buy and send coins, it is almost always a scam.
