Fees
- Counter: 1.9% over the market rate, both ways.
- Bitcoin ATMs: 4.9% over the market rate, both ways.
- OTC desk: from 0.6%, agreed before the trade.
- Wallet setup session: €89; a device, if you buy one from us, at cost.
We pay the network fee for coins we send to you. There are no account or card fees.
Limits, per person and day
- Up to €1,000: a phone number at the ATMs; nothing more at the counter.
- €1,000 to €15,000: photo ID.
- Over €15,000: the OTC desk, with ID, proof of address and source of funds.
