What we collect
When you trade, we keep the ID details and records the anti-money-laundering law asks for. When you book, ask for an OTC quote or send a message, we keep your name, contact details and what you tell us. When you sign up for rate alerts, we keep your email address.
Why
To answer you, carry out your trades, meet our legal duties and send the alerts you asked for. ID records are kept encrypted for the period the law sets and then deleted. We never sell your details.
Who else sees it
Our email, booking and payment providers, and the network operator and MCS when we register your system, as the law requires.
Your rights
Ask us at any time what we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. Write to the email on the contact page.
