Rates
The rate for a trade is the one shown on our screen or the machine’s screen when you agree to it. Rates on this site are samples and change through the day.
No advice
We explain how things work and what they cost. We never tell you what to buy, when to buy it, or whether a coin will rise.
Your wallet
Coins are sent to the address you give us. Check it with us before we send: a transaction on a blockchain cannot be reversed by anyone.
Checks
We may ask for ID, proof of address or where your money comes from, and we may refuse a trade we cannot explain to the regulator.
Complaints
Talk to the desk first. If we can’t put it right, write to us and we will reply within 15 working days.
