The counter is where most people start. You talk to a person who has done this thousands of times, you see every number before you agree, and you leave with a receipt and the coins in your own wallet.

Selling

Bring the coins in your wallet. We show you our buying rate, you send to the address on our screen, and once the network confirms it we pay you in cash or by transfer the same day.

How it goes

  1. Tell us the amount

    In euros or in coins. We show the rate, the fee and exactly what you get.

  2. Show your ID

    Once, the first time. It takes two minutes and we keep it safe.

  3. Scan your address

    Your wallet's QR code, read twice and checked with you out loud.

  4. Watch it arrive

    We send, you see it land, you keep the receipt.

Questions

Do I need an appointment?

No. Walk in during opening hours. For more than €15,000 book the OTC desk instead.

Can you hold the coins for me?

No. We never keep customers' coins. They go straight to a wallet you control.
