Most lost coins are lost through a missing backup or a hurried setup. An hour with us fixes both, and you leave knowing how to check, send and recover your coins without us.

How it goes

  1. Book and pay

    Pick a time and pay online. The money is refunded if you cancel a day ahead.

  2. Set it up

    You hold the device; we explain every screen.

  3. Back it up

    The recovery phrase goes on steel and stays with you.

  4. Test it

    A few euros in, a few out, so you know it works.

Do you see my recovery phrase?

Never. You write it; we look away and only check the steel plate is readable.

Can you move my coins from an exchange?
